The necessity of codification and implementing a strategic plan of the Soil and Water Research Institute
The Soil and Water Research Institute has undergone an evolutionary path in two aspects of hardware and software since its establishment over. Soil and water research departments in the hardware aspect were established in the 1951. With the establishment of the Agricultural and Natural Resources Research Organization in 1974 and the establishment of provincial research centers including research departments affiliated with research institutes, the Soil and Water Research Institute and its affiliated departments were included in this large research, educational and extension network.
